Legal abuse is detrimental to all of society and nobody is immune.   Good attorney’s do exist, and legal abuse does not occur in every case,  But for those individuals that are legally disadvantaged it is an epidemic.

Whatever the court setting, whether it is regarding criminal, civil, family-child custody, probate matters, property disputes, legal and/or medical malpractice, personal injury or other deeply personal issues, when litigants are unable to get fair resolution to their issues due to legal abuse. The results can be devastating.
